Refund Policy

Templates are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason. These reasons do NOT qualify for a refund:

  • Changing your mind

  • Not understanding Framer

  • Not reading a template’s description fully

  • Ignoring installation warnings or requirements

  • Having conflicting code that makes code malfunction

  • Platforms updating code, functionality, or structure

  • Finding a bug, typo, or any kind of error in a template

  • Refusing to accept support in using a template

  • Deleting the template from your account

  • Asking for a refund
