Terms of Service

Refunds

Templates are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason. These reasons do NOT qualify for a refund:

  • Changing your mind

  • Not understanding Framer

  • Not reading a template’s description fully

  • Ignoring installation warnings or requirements

  • Having conflicting code that results in malfunction

  • Platforms updating code, functionality, or structure

  • Finding a bug, typo, or any kind of error in a template

  • Refusing to accept support in using a template

  • Deleting the template from your account

  • Asking for a refund

Privacy

We collect basic information when you interact with our site—such as your email if you sign up for updates, and anonymous technical details like your browser or IP address. This helps us operate the site and improve your experience.

We don’t sell your personal data. We only use it when necessary, like sending emails you requested or analyzing site usage through tools like cookies. We store data securely and only keep it as long as needed. You can contact us anytime to request, change, or delete your information. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13, and our site may link to other websites we don’t control. This privacy policy may be updated occasionally. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Unlimited License

All templates come with an unlimited-use license, meaning they can be used an unlimited amount of times on an unlimited amount of websites. You have permission to use templates on both personal and commercial Framer projects, and may further allow your clients to utilize them on their websites.

What's Not Allowed

While using templates, under no circumstance may you do the following:

  1. Sell or redistribute templates;

  2. Claim ownership of templates;

  3. Freely share template elements in a public manner;

  4. Share templates with fellow designers or competitors;

  5. Copy and offer templates on a similar service.

Risks

Customizing website builder platforms such as Framer can be challenging, and often risky to the integrity of a site’s security, fidelity, or performance. I strongly recommend basic understanding of the platform before installing third-party plugins on personal or client websites. By using my templates, you acknowledge the risks involved, and will not hold me liable for any damages or issues caused to any website.

Modifications

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, and by using the Aaron Rolston website, you agree to the most current version that’s publicly available.
