Most times, the limiting factor is your willingness.

External forces are an easy excuse for a bad engagement or a lackluster outcome. Clients are a particularly great alibi for poor performance. You often know exactly what to do to get the win! You simply lack the motivation to properly see it through.

When outward rationalization feels tempting, instead look within yourself and find the strength to do what will ultimately serve everyone best. Don’t hold yourself back for fear of a perilous journey.
